This inspirational FLOW concept is constantly evolving and is filled with time friendly,easy,creative tips and techniques can breathe fresh air into salon life .FLOW has inspired hairdressers of all levels and ages throughout the world and focus's on the participants evolution of the technical techniques and thought process that are being shared.The goal is to free our Minds from distractions and limits so that our technique can blend With our creativity. Jen began her passion for hair at a very early age where she began her childhood carreer playing hairdresser as a child. In her teenage years she quickly moved on from pretending to practicing on all her friend’s and and anyone she could get her hands on. Jen took her first step into her carreer path by enrolling in the Canadian hairdressing program at MC College. After graduating, she began to work at elysium salon spirit where she met and worked along side Jeff Louis and Richa Sandhar. Over the course of her employment they become her mentors and she acredits both of them in helping shape her path. What brings her joy is seeing her clients transformation while sitting in her chair – not only in their hair but also in their new found confidence!!! After a number of years working in the salon, Jen clearly showed an eagerness for education and wanted to share that enthusiasm with others. This lead Jen to pursue her opportunities as an educator for artego canada and her zest for knowledge led her to be promoted to National Technical Advisor. Jen has shared her creative approach to braiding, upstyles and the FLOW color techniques both on and off the stage throughout Canada as well as internationally. Her thourough gentle approach allows the participant to build confidence and enjoy their experience to the fullest.

Jeff Louis is a creative and award winning Canadian hairdresser as well as an international platform artist/educator. He is a partner in his Canadian based Salon and is the Creative Director for Artego Canada and a member of the artego International training Team. He has appeared on stage at the prestigious international Artego "Globe Show " in Italy on several occasions.Born and raised in Saskatchewan,Canada Jeff Louis grew up fascinated by the glamorous world of fashion, music, beauty and hair design, dreaming that one day he would find his place In it in someway. After high school he tried to follow his dream by enrolling in a local hair academy, but after his peers made fun of his career decision, he withdrew his application. Today Louis is living his dreams on a larger scale than he ever imagined. Now in his 40s. He's well respected within the hair Industry as an award-winning hairstylist with an successful salon of his own. In 2014, he furthered his creative ambition by developing his FLOW concept he attributes his salon success to. He enjoys the satisfaction of helping hairdressers across the globe reignite their passion and pursue their own dreams. As part of his commitment to supporting hairstylists Louis travels throughout Canada and Europe as he shares his creative skills and business savvy with salon owners and hairdressers everywhere.Louis credits a college aptitude test for giving him the courage to follow his "destiny." After working in the hospitality industry where He continued his love for fashion, hair and working with people he eventually tired of the scene and was headed to business school. While researching business training he was offered an aptitude test , which said he should be a hairdresser and the rest is history :-)

Richa Sandhar took her intial training for hairdressing oversea's in India where she learned to master the art of working with long thick beautiful hair. She continued her pursuits in Canada attending MC College and has been a goal oriented and very succesful Hairdresser behind the chair for over the last 2 decades.

This Talented artist has been featured in and hired for many National Magazines,publications and Billboard advertisement's for her beautiful Bridal Creations.Richa has also been the lead hairstylist in many editorial photoshoots for her mastery and zen like approach to creating beautiful amazing hair.
